Flowing slowly through refined postures and breathing techniques to move beyond the limitations of the body and mind. We move deliberately to focus attention and to free our minds from the busyness of everyday life. In this class we work on strength, flexibility and focus through standing, balance, floor and twisting postures. We also explore the healing potential of deep relaxation and restorative postures to feel gloriously blissful afterwards. This class is suitable for all levels, but especially for advanced beginner and intermediate students. Please bring a mat and a towel.
