Yoga with love

Certainly you’ve heard people talk about being mindful. Mindful eating, mindful talk, mindful walk. What does it all mean? On a basic level it means paying attention to what is happening right here, right now. It’s not as easy as it sounds, but it it’s worth it to explore.
