Yoga Flow Wednesdays 6:30pm – 7:45pm
A dynamic flow class set to music to help your body and mind grow stronger while increasing focus and flexibility. Each class begins with breath-centered postures and moves to a series of poses that get your blood and breath flowing. Balance postures help to quiet our mind on the mat and off. Class will end with a time for deep relaxation that’ll leave you feeling joyful and rested. Suitable for all levels, but especially for advanced beginner and intermediate students. Please bring a mat and a blanket.
