Sleep is necessary for maintaining a healthy body and mind, and yet, so many of us have difficulty getting enough of it. Do you have a hard time falling asleep, or wake up in the middle of the night? Do you find yourself tired during the day? Join us for this afternoon workshop to explore how yoga, meditation, essential oils and nutrition can help you get the sleep you want and need.

- The science behind sleep
- Yoga poses to aid in relaxation and release
- Essential oils and their effectiveness in helping you to sleep better
- Nutrition, movement and meditation for better rest
