Sleep is necessary for maintaining a healthy body and mind, and yet, so many of us have difficulty getting enough of it. Do you have a hard time falling asleep, or wake up in the middle of the night? Do you find yourself tired during the day? Join us for this two-part workshop* to explore how yoga, meditation, and nutrition can help you get the sleep you want and need.

No yoga experience is necessary, but pre-registration is because space is limited. Please register soon to ensure your spot.
