Discover the balancing combination of movement and rest. Move through fundamental yoga postures with the help of your breath, and then discover sacred rest and stillness. This class guides us to tune in, slow down and pay attention to our inner self in deeper and deeper ways. We leave with a renewed sense of equanimity and peace. Suitable for all levels.
LIMITED SPACE! NINE STUDENTS MAX. Minimum number of students needed to run the session? Seven.
We will follow the NS Health Protection Act Order and their sector-specific plan, including maintaining a minimum physical distance of 2 metres between participants during our practice (indoor and outdoor-yes, we will practice outside if we can!). Masks will be required until you are on your mat. Hand washing is a must. No physical adjustments will be given. Bring your own props. I always feel amazingly relaxed after DeNel’s classes. The energy of her class is something I’ve never experienced in other yoga classes!
I love the pace, your voice, your humour, your sincerity, your grace, the level. You’re the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had – not that there have been many – and I wouldn’t change a thing – except of course for head stands!!
(Note: We do only supported headstands, and there’s ALWAYS the option not to do them– or anything else you don’t want to do!)
I like the individualized attention, positive energy/upbeat warm friendly atmosphere.
