One half hour of progressive exercises and poses that can help you build support around your knee joints and the surrounding muscles. In doing this, you’re going to strenghten other parts of your lower body, all of which helps to improve your movement. I’ll also teach you how to use your breath as you move and rest. In addition, I’ll share with you new pain science that can inform how you manage what you feel.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
