“The facilitator was wonderful! She was always prompt & usually early to socialize a bit with students. She was familiar with the material & provided lots of resources for further reading. Didi has a natural warmth that’s able to transcend the virtual classroom. She makes sure each student feels seen & heard.”

“This course opened my mind and my heart to new possibilities of how I can use my breath and powers of awareness to appreciate my life as it is, to settle my brain, to take care of my nervous system and to have more calmness and acceptance when interacting with others. I am motivated to continue with what I learned—which is something I hoped for when I signed up for the course. I appreciated the variety of methods that were used to communicate the concepts, and the opportunities to practice with the class and, with the recordings, on our own; I think they worked well together.”

“This course is for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness meditation within a caring community setting. The technical aspects of mindfulness combined with practical experience of guided sittings is an exceptional experience.”

“I loved this class because I enjoyed learning and trying out different types of meditation and learning the science behind why they are so effective!”

“Although the course is beneficial for anyone interested in the practice of meditation, I personally found it helpful as someone without a lot of formal training. The course is structured enough to provide guidance without overwhelming the participants. For anyone interested in meditation, the weekly hour long sessions are easy to fit into even a busy schedule and 6 weeks goes by quickly. I wasn’t sure of what to expect, but I am very pleased with the results. Starting to meditate daily is it’s own benefit, but I doubt I would have reached this goal without the course.”

“It was so nice to have something positive to look forward to every week!”
