Would you like to build some strength? Shake things up a bit? If so, this is the class for you. Like in the Slow Flow class, we move slowly and deliberately through sequences of postures and breathing techniques to focus our attention and free our minds from the busyness of everyday life, but in this class we also work on building strength by adding weight. This class is led by both Andrea and DiDi. Grab hand weights (food tins or water bottles will work!), a thera band and blocks.

One of my greatest spring pleasures is having DeNel’s yoga classes resume. This year that didn’t happen. I have to say, the video classes have filled that a void are a close second to the in-person classes. I’m loving that I get to do them from home and with no commute time, I maintain that positive energy after class even more. Thank you Didi xo

For one hour during the week, during the stressful times we are living in, life seems normal. Going to yoga classes was normal and I can see people that I used to see in class. Besides having a wonderful workout, your and Amy’s sessions bring peace and a sense of well-being to me. I’ve always loved yoga and going to class but during these times they’ve taken on a special meaning and are more than a yoga class to me. They are a bright spot in my day/week and I appreciate the extra touches/thoughts that you share with us. Thank you for all you do.
