This is a six-week session in which you’ll learn foundational yoga poses, techniques, and philosophical ideas to keep you safe and motivated for years to come. This is your opportunity if you’ve always wanted to try yoga, but you’ve not had the time or inclination or if you’ve felt intimidated joining other public classes. This class is also for you if you have tried yoga before but for whatever reason you let your practice go and want to begin again.
