Yoga Flow @ The Hubbards Sailing Club

This yoga flow class will help your body and mind grow stronger while increasing focus and flexibility. Each class begins with breath-centered postures and moves to a series of postures that get your blood and breath flowing. We explore creative standing poses through proper alignment to make us pay attention, and to help us be to be more powerful. Balance postures help us to quiet our mind on the mat and off. In this class, we may even try transformative inversions, heart-opening backbends, cleansing twists, and forward bends and hip openers that’ll put a skip in your step. Each class will end with a time for deep, deep relaxation that’ll leave you feeling joyful and rested. This class is suitable for all levels, but especially for advanced beginner and intermediate students. Please bring a mat and a blanket.
