Yoga with love

Join Cathy and DeNel as we explore ways to allow Yoga to help with the life changes of peri-menopause and menopause. Using meditation, asana (yoga postures) and proper nutrition, the symptoms of these life changes can be managed and even celebrated. The three-hour workshop includes instruction, reflection, snacks/drinks and documents that you can take home to help you implement your new knowledge.
