It is a symbol of intelligence, wisdom, and knowledge, and is often illustrated as a partially opened bud whose center is unseen. The flower is always encouraging us on our journey of continuous learning.

My name is DeNel, DiDi to some friends and family, and Dr. D. to my university students. Blue Lotus Living is my way of sharing my love and knowledge of yoga with you.
Integrating Mindful Meditation concepts with Yoga movement, this class will prepare you for all your favourite spring and summer activities. Mondays in person at the Hubbards Sailing Club at 5:30. The class is also offered online via Zoom. Session begins on Monday, May 13.
End your work week with the best kind of happy hour: move for a half hour to work it all out and then relax and rest to a blissful week's end. Fridays from 5:30-6:30 pm (Atlantic) in-person @ the Hubbard Sailing Club and via Zoom. May 17- June 21.
