Part strengthening, part vinyasa movement, part stretching. All the things your body needs. First, we prepare our bodies for practice and build strength that will not only improve our yoga postures, but will help us to do everyday physical tasks better. Then we flow through poses with the help of our breath. This helps us to get our blood moving and take us out of our heads. The class ends with postures that increase flexibility and leave us feeling open and relaxed. Suitable for advanced beginners to advanced intermediate students.
Starting in January 2021, my friend and fellow teacher Andrea Titzer will co-teach this class. (Yay!)
Tuesdays @ 2:30-3:30 pm CDT

I find it very helpful when you remind us of all the things to be mindful of when moving into or holding a position. It does not get repetitive to me as they are all great reminders :0) I also love that you take the time to prepare a specific class for us, and add new things to try on a regular basis. Yay! Also, you have great music! 💕
Didi ~ I loved your Tri Yoga class. The Bird of Paradise pose was just what my body needed. It got all my parts unstuck. Namaste.
This is a lovely community and a very challenging and engaging class. Thank you!
