Yoga with love

Coastal Ease Yoga Holiday - We're Full! (If you are a local student, and you want to join, you're still welcome!)

In my home village of Hubbards, Nova Scotia!

September 17-21, 2026

A Yoga Holiday on Canada’s Atlantic Coast — Move, Explore, Savour & Restore

Coastal Ease is an extended long-weekend yoga holiday on Canada’s Atlantic Coast designed to help you move well, explore freely, savour deeply, and truly restore. Set against Nova Scotia’s wild yet welcoming shoreline, our days blend thoughtful yoga practices with time outdoors, shared meals made from fresh local ingredients, and simple pleasures like beaches, forests, lakes, and good conversation. Expect a balance of guided movement and unstructured space: six yoga classes; walking, biking, kayaking if you wish; restorative rest when you need it; and, nourishing food. There’ll be moments for both community and solitude. This is a yoga holiday for people who love to live fully, breathe deeply, and settle into ease, together.

Distinctive Experiences

Past yoga adventure attendees will tell you that my retreats offer unique activities that range from the active to the tranquil. Here’s what’s in store for Coastal Ease:

Please Consider This

In Nova Scotia, welcoming others comes naturally. There’s a generosity of spirit here that visitors often feel right away, and it’s something I hope you’ll experience for yourself. This is a place of striking natural beauty and deep cultural roots that are shaped by the land, the sea, and the many peoples who have called it home, beginning with the Mi’kmaq. We care deeply for this place, and I want to share it with you. Please email me at info@bluelotusliving.net if you have any questions.
