Tri Yoga @ Hubbards Sailing Club

Part strengthening, part movement, part stretching. In this three part class, we first concentrate on building strength that will improve postures and everyday physical tasks. Some might call it ‘yoga conditioning’. Then we move through series of postures with the help of our breath to get our bodies moving and our hearts working. The class ends with postures that increase flexibility and leave us feeling longer, taller and more relaxed. Suitable for advanced beginners to advanced intermediate students.

Slow Flow @ Art of Wellness Studio

Flow through sequences of refined postures and breathing techniques to move beyond the limitations of the body and mind. Move slowly and deliberately to focus attention and to free our minds from the busyness of everyday life. In this class we work on strength, flexibility and focus through standing, balance, floor and twisting postures. We also explore the healing potential of deep relaxation and restorative postures to feel gloriously blissful afterwards. This class is suitable for all levels, but especially for advanced beginner and intermediate students.
