Yoga with love

A Community Yoga Practice Honouring Strength and Hope

Black Harbour Distillers, Hubbards, NS

July 19 11:00 am – Noon

Join us for a heartfelt yoga practice inspired by the remarkable journey of the lovely Bre Jacquard who faced a rare spinal cord injury in early January. Through emergency surgery, recovery, and months of determination, she learned to walk again and reclaim her independence, one step and yoga posture at a time.

This special class is an opportunity to come together in celebration, reflection, and community. Through mindful movement, breath, and rest, we’ll explore themes of healing, resilience, strength, and hope. Together, we’ll celebrate the body’s incredible capacity to adapt, the power of perseverance, and the support we find in one another during life’s most difficult moments. These are the qualities that have defined Bre’s remarkable journey and continue to inspire all who know her.

Whether you are navigating challenges of your own or simply wish to support a meaningful cause, you are warmly invited to join us.
